Ordered two items on May 29.  Tracking showed they were at my local post ofc on June 3 but I had never received.  Called post ofc and they said they never received items so tracking was not correct.  Finally got through to QVC CS today and they showed that PO had items but upon telling them that I had called PO, they said items were out of stock, didn't know where they were and offered refunds.  Long story short, if you have items and tracking says they've been sitting at PO, chances are you will never receive them or will have to reorder items.  I normally do not post, but thought others might be in this situation.

I had similar experiences, @Schnauzermum.  The last time was a bird feeder I ordered  back in February.  I tracked it to a PO three states away from me, and that's where the tracking ended.  I called QVC a week after that and asked their CS to track my item.  They found the tracking stopped in the same town I did and told me to be patient.   After another call to QVC a week or so later, they finally declared my bird feeder as lost, and I got a full refund.  I've never received the feeder.

 

I don't really blame QVC - it's probably the fault of their shipper.  But since this has happened to me more than once, I'm not wanting to order from QVC again any time soon.

This probably happens more than people realize ... I had an order of stainless steel cookware "sitting" at the UPS hub since 5/19 ... never moved off the dime.   

 

Reordered same set ten days or so ago  ... no movement yet ... of course I can't cancel ... product is now sold out ... shopping elsewhere.

@Schnauzermum   I ordered the Jimmy the Baker Blueberry Coffee Cakes back in May.  I kept tracking the shipment only to find that the item NEVER left the QVC warehouse.  The status, to this day says it is waiting for QVC.  I tried to reorder them but they were out of stock.

 I have a few orders that took a while (too long) to ship and now  I see they are enroute for much too long.  I'm going to check tomorrow and I may have to call QVC --seems I'm not going to get some of the orders.

@Schnauzermum  If you give the tracking numbers to the Post Office, they can track back and find out what happened to the shipments.  You got short shrift from the Post Office.

Me too!  Tracking said that my order, placed on May 23, was finally in my home town P.O. as of June 22. Still has not arrived on July 1, so I went to the Post Office and was told the item is not even in the mail system yet. It's not even been sent!  WHY is QVC having to lie about sending items, and why is it taking six weeks? I understand "delay" but QVC only gave me one notice of a delay....just cancel the order, please!!!  Now I have to check to see if I am paying for an item I have not been sent.
