You have been so consistently helpful.
I've gone thrugh the steps, but now I fear my order will never happen.
I placed an order for Affinity Diamonds earrings on TSV day, April 6. Received the "in process" acknowledgment, plus it said, FREE PREMIUM DELIVERY and they would arrived April 10.
Nothing since. No IN PREPARATION no SHIPPING.
So Step 1, I email Customer Service, always helpful, but received a strange stock reply, that the vendor needs 4 days to move the item. Emailed again and they told me to call the phone number for Customer Service.
Called. Same reply. The agent checked the order and told me it was strange, but that they would "put in a question" about the order but it would take 4 days for a reply to happen from the vendor.
*** The item is LIMITED. It is still for sale and will be sold out.
@Beth-QVC I am happy to give the order #, but not appropriate in this thread. Help!
This item is clearly lost, order did not go through, and the item will be sold out. Only a few remained when I ordered!

Why do you think that the item is"clearly lost?" It's April 10th today. I have had orders arrive when the order status shows in process. Your order is most likely being mailed from the vendor not QVC. You just ordered it 4 days ago. If it doesn't come by today give it a day or two.

@50Mickey I appreciate your solid thinking.
However, I have ordered from Affinity many times; it never stays in process.
Second, there were only a few of these earrings left. If those sales go through, my order won't happen. "In Process" means the item is not actually saved yet.
I'm not impatient; have waited a LONG time for various reasons.
For limited time items, I'm being realistic . . .

@1Professor It's best to email the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and include your order #.

@Kachina624 That was my step#1 described above.
First, the person said it was a vendor who takes 4 days.
Then when I responded with my experience with Affinity, the person just gave me the customer service phone # to call.
[My past experience with QVCSocialTeam has been great.]

Well, I've done all I reasonably can.
I will now stop worrying, which accomplishes nothing.
I will hold open the possibility which you thoughtfully shared that the item was actually shipped and will show up on my doorstep, perhaps today!

@1Professor You said you contacted CS which is not the same as the social team. Beth is a part of the social team.
I emailed them about an hour ago and my issue is already resolved. Susan is on duty this morning.

Yes, I used the QVCSocialTeam email, always worked before.
[Didn't even know there was also a customer service email?]
I should have been more specific for those with experience.
I did NOT get Susan.
I got Cindy, who I have never seen on the SocialTeam queries.

I also think you are a bit overly anxious. Free premium delivery does not always work by their date estimate if the vendor is slow packaging the item.
I have had a QVC item OUT for delivery for almost three weeks now! It made it all the way to the truck, but then who knows what happened after that. QVC just sent me a replacement.
One time I had a QVC item turn up months after I ordered it--it was lost at my post office. I know you really, really want the earrings, but the peace of mind is that QVC will replace or refund your purchase if there are delivery problems.
As a long-time QVC jewelry buyer, I will also say there will always be something new to tempt you!

@1Professor Cindy is part of the team.
