Order Issue

Have you ever ordered a set of something and the order went through twice on the same order?  I ordered a set of Tarte brown marker and I got four.  The system says I ordered 2 but I know I did not.  Do you think it's a "stystem issue" ???

I remember seeing another post about this. I think the poster was duckncover (or something close to that). 

 

IMO it is a system issue. Q should take care of you.
