Order History is gone

I was looking thru my order history for something i ordered a few years ago and there are many years or orders that are no longer listed.  Has anybody else encountered this?

Yes my order history is gone also.  I cannot refer back any further than last year I think.

Yup ! Just the other day I went looking for a purchase that's no longer listed.
