Operational problem

I just checked to see when my Mr. Beams I ordered will be delivered since they shipped and I meet my mailman at the box😀 It now says due to operational error pkg will have to be re shipped. Has anyone had this happen.

I have never heard that one. I have had mine say it was damaged & the package was discarded & the shipper will be notified.

Mine shows they are in Dallas but won't be here until Sat which is ridiculous since Dallas is only about 6 hrs from me. I would get it much sooner if UPS did not have to give it to USPS which is also ridiculous.

@Nightowlz  Keep in mind that the EDD is the estimated delivery date where they usually give themselves some wiggle room.  I bet you get yours sooner.

@Kachina624 I did. UPS delivered both packages yesterday. Tracking must have been delayed from the Holiday.
