I also wanted to gift it because the nuts were from Virginia and Wiliamsburg, which is a very special place and had meaning for us and the recipients. I wish I could have seen the tower in person - it sounds great. Hope the squirrels and bears enjoy it. ![]()

@Deb213. I bet your order arrives sometime this week or early next week. There's no way shipping anywhere takes that long.

I have a shipping order from Sams club, I ordered a sous vida cooking tool on November 28, it shows processing.
So Saturday I ordered again and it shows processing, granted its two days ago.
I called today and she could tell that the recent order was waiting to be picked up but the older order didn't show that. My point is if you reach out they can see more about the tracking than you can.
They cancelled my November 28th order, I used a gift card and sams cash so hopefulty it gets credited back properly.

I ordered something from another site on Nov. 30th. It shipped on Dec. 3rd, and was updated on Nov. 9th in Kentucky. I live in Westchester County, New York. I put in a claim to the Post Office. A man from my local post office called me Saturday. He told me that the package is not lost; it was mailed First Class and is presently being held in a trailer - weather is bad. He said that the USPS is overwhelmed with Christmas packages and they are sending Priority and Priority Plus packages through first, but that mine will arrive soon. Today, my package was updated and is near me. It should be delivered tomorrow, Dec. 16th.

Thanks so much for all of your responses! Maybe I will reach out to CS today, but I have had situations where the original and a follow up shipment both end up arriving and I get charged for both. Very frustrated here. But I have also had notifications that a shipment will arrive in a week and it shows up the next day, so maybe the estimated delivery date is inaccurate on the tracking? I really don't know at this point, but it's added stress that I definitely don't need at this time of the year. No more advance orders in July for me - lesson learned! Will keep you posted.

I got one for ya. We ordered nuts from Amazon. In our mail was a card from USPS that told us the item was undelivered and had a fraudulent label. If we wanted the product we had to pay postage for around $20.00. We called Amazon and they said they would take care of it. They would contact the vendor. We no longer want the product. We are waiting to hear from the vendor.

USPS may be the issue. USPS is doing their best, but really wish this shipment would have been shipped via UPS. I have been getting other shipments via UPS in record time, even during this time of year.

@Deb213 You may still get it before Christmas. And it wouldn't hurt for you to contact the social team. You can track the shipping history which will tell you the last place it was and get a better idea of the arrival date.

In the past this has worked for me. But just last week I got a delivery notice and no package arived. I e-mail the social team and got 2 different answers.
The first said so sorry do you want a replacement or a refund. Later that day a different person telling me that there wan an error on the UPS side and it should show up by the 19th if not let her know.
However UPS shows a delivery photo at a place I do not recognise.
I will wait until the 20th and if it does not show up I will try one more time but am not expecting a good result.
