I swear, the Q is becoming one big informercial with their TSVs, pajamas, blankets and socks.

Sooooooo boring!!!  And I really don't think it will change in 2021.

Yep.It's like this every year, just seems like it started earlier this year.

January is no better as I recall. Certainly no after holiday sales. Q's sale prices are a joke.

Between a rock & a hard place..........Customers say I'm retired - don't dress up any more - staying at home now.

So fancy clothing isn't selling - what should QVC feature?

Socks - blankets - PJ's - fleece pull-overs, etc.

Agree:  boring but they have a problem

Absolutly!  Only have bought one pair of walking shoes since March but here I sit this morning think about a new warm robe.  Given this lifestyle, robes make sense.  And perhaps furry sox.

QVC has always been one big infomercial.

It's their whole purpose.

I really think that Q sells a certain amount of time to a particular product. Companies like Bose or Serta or computers have all day exposure. I have said this before and several have responded that Q does not sell or guarantee time to a vendor.

Think about a mattress that is on all day and might sell 10K vs a D&C tee that will sell 100K. When an item like a computer sells out they continue to air the item but indicate advanced orders. When a tee shirt sells out, they stop the airing and go to one time only.

Thank you for noticing.  I have  always said that QVC was a live catalog or an informational and not a show.

I have been jumped on and beaten down for that statement, so I no longer bring it up.

QVC 100% main purpose is to get people to buy what is being presented.  They have figured out that if they disguise it as entertainment, people will watch longer.  The longer you watch, the more likely it is that you will buy something.

It's not rocket science. There are other channels who's main purpose is to entertain you.  You get to choose...
