There is a rewards program that starts last year.  Based on things I've read here, it appears as though there was a limited time to sign up.  I've gotten free ticket offers and different coupons that what I see here.

I was a part of a rewards trial program with HSN last fall for 3 months.  You had to spend a certain amount each month, I can't remember the amount ??   Anyway each month I got some spendable cash on my account as a bonus.    I was just stocking up on Andrew Lessman and Beekman products so I thought it was a great deal.  It was just a trial though so I'm hoping they bring it back.

As far as returns I think a lot of people take advantage as someone else stated, wearing something to an event and then returning it.  I had a couple of major issues with "as is" items so I stopped purchasing those.  I know some people have better luck with it.

No comparison LL Bean’s return policy that cost them was a LIFETIME Return policy.

Years ago my coworker and his wife went to the flagship store in Maine and they were just chatting with a sales associate and my coworker mentioned how much he loved his LL Bean jacket and had worn it for years, even though it had faded. The sales guy told him I can replace your jacket with a new one. My coworker never mentioned wanting a new one but the associate was so insistent about giving him a brand new one right then and there.

My coworker wished he had never swapped out his much loved jacket that day, especially since it was given to him as a gift.

 I, for one, do not agree with their generous policy of letting you wear and return clothing and shoes. That must cost them a lot of money. I don't know any other retailer that takes back worn shoes and clothes.

@Catch71  Amazon Smiley Wink

REI does too.

Who is REI?

I remember signing up but never got any rewards. The sign up was not clear at all about what the rewards program was about.

I'll try to fix the font issue. I am known for lengthy texts; guess I just talk too much! Haha

I'm curious about the reference to Amazon and returns?
Recently, I began purchasing double-lined rayon tops in various colors and styles. Heck, I didn't know anything about them (except that indo like rayon) so I purchased many knowing I would try them on and make decisions about which to keep/retutn.

Now I notice there is a drop-down menu with questions one must answer that asks if tag is still on and if garment has been worn.
Maybe returns are catching up with them...still I don't mind being fussy about returns.

Interesting @LTT1

I have never ordered clothes from Amz....good to know.....I don't really think I would in the future either.

DD ordered a couple tops from a 3rd party AMZ vendor and got a hard time about returning a defective one.

No body appreciates getting shoes or clothing that were worn.

@RetRN  Apparently they do as Q's "As Is" items appear to be a big hit.

@Mz iMac

I think you are right.

All my Q buddies order As Is all the time!  I haven't, but they always look there first and have never had a bad thing sent yet so they tell me.

I have put a couple As Is in my WL only to have them sell out b4 I could try it.
