As of this week, if I sign on with Internet Explorer (which I normally do), I can't click on any of the pictures of items other than the main one that comes up. When I do, then I get bounced right back to the home page. So I started logging on through AOL and the picture thing doesn't happen, but I have trouble with the videos. These website problems have been going on for so long that it has worn me out. They never tell their customers when there is an ongoing problem either. They are happy to just let us muddle through. No - it's not my computer because I have no problem with other websites.
As great as QVC's Customer Service is, their technical service/customer relations stinks! It reminds me of Netflix.
