Even though they said wait time is five minutes it's been almost an hour.  Still waiting for them to come on line.  I've got items that say contact CS.  Can't seem to do anything on line, it won't work. Help!

It's like that everywhere. I'm on the phone now waiting on a fitness company trying to order something. There are 61callers ahead of me...

     I had a question about a QVC item yesterday. Answer was not mentioned nor was it in the website item description. 

     I held on for 15 minutes and then finally got a telephone rep and she could not answer the question.  She then passed me on to Customer Service and I held on for another 20 minutes and then...hung up!!  Really, I know that they are low on staff, but that is ridiculous!!

@corita    The only info any QVC rep has is what is listed in the description.  In other words, they don't know any more than we do.  Sometimes someone here can answer your question.
