It's nice seeing guests hawking their clothese off set (meaning in their own homes or wherever...) BUT can you do something about the sound quality? They are either so loud they hurt my ears or the sound quality is so bad, I turn to a different channel.

So annoying.

I keep my remote by my side so I can adjust the volume.

Sound depends on the person's own computer/phone/tablet, power, sound, etc. It's not something Q controls. It's like watching a movie in a theater or watching something on a tv without a good sound bar.

That said, having customers hawk merchandise seems like a dud to me.

Unfortunately QVC has no control over the picture or sound quality of reps that aren't in their studios.  That's up to each guest/vendor to deal with on their end.  It's why the quality is erratic.
