I don’t understand whats up with Q lately..ive had a few issues recently..this is the latest.
I ordered the tria back in Novemeber a while after receiving this item I had emailed them regarding some problems I was having with the unit and never heard back so I called customer service not too long ago and they told me to send it back.
Earlier this week I sent the tria back for a refund as they do not ship to Canada any longer so I could not exchange it.
This morning I receive an email Thanking me for my feedback on the item (which I assume is in reply to my email from several weeks/months ago) and they were requesting that in order to not inconvieience myself any further that they will refund my order and told me not to send it back…
So I call customer service and ask what is this email is all about bc I just paid $20 to send it back and the item was received back in their warehouse prior to my receiving this odd email.
Customer service did refund my shipping thankfully…but why not communicate that I didn’t need to sendit back prior to my 90 days???? They sent that email 2 days after my 90 day ended.
Very disorganized in my opinion, anyone experience something similar...
