Between this thing and that twisty piece of plastic, I'm amazed that people aren't slipping and falling on these things......stupid junk!!  Take a walk.....if it's cold, go to the mall!

P.S.  What makes Kirstin a fitness expert??  Does she have any credentials?

Be careful of that twisty piece of plastic (besides falling).... the friction at the apex will ruin your carpet.... and really ruin wood floors and if you put it on concrete, the concrete will ruin the plastic!....

I believe I read (and could be wrong) that she was a fitness teacher....

@Q4u Oh, you are so right. You have to protect your bum and the floors. I would hurt both! No thanks.
