Item #F12210 -- the Obsidian Slide Board exercise mat is $109.99??!!!! What am I missing? Does anyone have this? Kerstin just said "at $109 it's a gift to you, it should be more like @$189!"
It's a mat with some DVDs and the mitts to put on your sneakers so you can slide back & forth. I would try it at $39, it's the price that I just don't understand.

I just went elsewhere and purchased a pair of sliding gliders, which will do just what I need. I can use my upper body as well as my lower body, on carpet or hard floors, at $15.

I do that on my hardwood floors in my socks...free.

This is something dug up from the fitness junkyard from 25 years ago. I had one just like it. It is a piece of you know what.. it is dangerous as you can fall easy ..plus it is hard on your knees. Do Not Buy it!

I saw a bit of that earlier ... and wondered ...
How come QVC doesn't show these kinds of products demonstrated by women other than athletic type women.
Perhaps having Carolyn Grace or Antonella Nester host this type of show so the viewers have a more realistic idea of what a new user would encounter.
For makeup and other beauty items, they demonstrate on average women ... why not athletic equipment?

LOL.
I'm sure Carolyn and Antonella would be thrilled to be the poster children for the "unfit."

Probably because someone unaccustomed to this thing could fall. I would refuse!
