When I start to feel like I am gaining weight (I do not have a scale), I will do NS for a month, but only the vegetarian option. I am not a big meat eater, but I definitely do not eat anything that I consider to be fake meat, which is what I call their chicken, You can cheat a little and still lose weight. I find that I can drop about 5 pounds a week, probably because I work out.
One of the things that I do is to top a salad with with the vegetarian chili and then top that with sour cream (full fat) and a few crushed fritos. It is filling and tastes great.
The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!
