Dear Carolyn,

I am watching you on QVC.  I always also thought that Nutrisystem was too expensive.  But now, as empty nesters, and a husband who is not a big eater, realize that I might save money every week on groceries.  I ordered the TSV last night after realizing that it will cost me about $56 per week, plus vegetables.  If this can help me lose weight that I have been struggling with for years, I am willing to try again.

(I had tried Nutrisystem before when I worked, but had too many lunches out and ate dinner out a  lot because I did not feel like cooking when I got home from work.)  There was always a lot of extra food at the end of each month.)  Now that I am home and like I said before, my husband is a small eater, this will be easier for me to follow.

It worked for me!  Due to a health problem that caused a long period of limited mobility I gained almost 30 lbs.   I got Nutrisystem last time it was TSV and I lost 20 lbs. in 2-3 months and I did cheat alot lol I have a problem with cookies    I have 1 box left.   I went off Nutrisystem for 2 months to see if I would gain the 20 lbs. back and I didn't.   So now I'll work on losing 10 more.  Keep at the front of your mind you need to lose weight.  If you don't like one of the meals add a spice to it that you do like, for me it was hot sauce, smoked paprika,  Italian seasoning,  or nutritional yeast for the pastas.  Same for all the vegetables so you don't miss butter or salt.   I am very happy I tried this I was also unable to lose weight on my own.  And you will never be hungry many days I couldn't eat all they suggested.  Good luck!  Although I found this to be so easy I can't believe it worked so well.

I tried it once--food was so gross, I threw it in the garbage and got my $$ back--never again!!!!

I also tried it years ago. The food is terrible. If anyone has a sensitive stomach for fiber DoNot get this, will go right through you. You can look in the market for many items similar, and you will not gain as soon as you stop this. A quick fix.

When I start to feel like I am gaining weight (I do not have a scale), I will do NS for a month, but only the vegetarian option.  I am not a big meat eater, but I definitely do not eat anything that I consider to be fake meat, which is what I call their chicken,  You can cheat a little and still lose weight.  I find that I can drop about 5 pounds a week, probably because I work out. 

One of the things that I do is to top a salad with with the vegetarian chili and then top that with sour cream (full fat) and a few crushed fritos.  It is filling and tastes great.

Whole Foods Plant Based is the plan for me.  I had a friend that tried the Nutrisystem and I found out then how bad the food tasted.  I would not like all that processed food.  Different things for different people so I hope it works for everyone that orders it.

DH is on nutrisystems And has lost 40 lbs . It’s the only program that has worked for him. He has ten more to go to reach goal. He really enjoys most of the food items.

FYI Only    Walmart does carry some of the Nutrisystem products.  I love the Nutrisystem Nutricrush lunch bars chocolate peanut butter bars.  Price 5 bars $6.97. They also sell the 5 day kit and individual items.  Located in the store by the pharmacy counter.

I thought processed food was not healthy and isn't that what Nutrisystem is? If the food tastes that bad it's hard for me to believe that men are using this system to lose weight. I guess you can stand anything for a short time if you are serious about losing the weight. Just eat less and move more, that's basically what that system is about .
