I had 4 returns and I brought them to the Post Office on the 20th. I have always been able to go to my item and check on track return and have always seen where the item is in the return process. Two of the returns I am able to look at and the other 2 I go to track return and nothing comes up to see where the return is at the present time. Once the return leaves the Post Office and goes to Pitney Bowes (who is the return company for QVC) you cannot track it with a tracking # from the PO. Has anyone had this problem with the easy return labels and not being able to track the item. This does not make me happy as now I will not know when my return is received and when to expect my refund. Sorry for rambling on but I tried my best to explain the problem.

Did you get a receipt from the post office with the tracking number on it?
I often have to use the usps.com site to track returns when they don't show up right in my account. Right now I have one that shows "no information available" on my return in my account, but the USPS tracking shows it was picked up by the agent.

I recently had a call from CS about a return of mine that I was trying to settle. She said that she saw that it was scanned by the PO in NY the day I brought it, and she saw that it was scanned by the pick-up agent the next day, but two weeks later it was still in NY! I asked if this was unusual, and not entirely is the answer. So QVC can track returns from their return tracking number at any point in the (slow) process. I would contact CS or the Social Team if I were you.

@deerkr44 - Yes, I have experienced what you are describing. I also typically have no issues with clicking the links on this website to track my return, but at times, it seems the systems are verrry slow to be updated after the agent picks up the package. Even though it's frustrating, I'd suggest just waiting a day or two, and your tracking details are likely to "magically" appear.
Alternately, you can click the link that's at the top of just about every page on this website (not in the forums) to contact the Easy Returns Team with your return information. They can be slow to respond at times, but they'll be able to process your return or exchange as soon as they confirm things have been picked up—no waiting for weeks until the packages reach their destinations.
Good luck!

Did you contact EZ returns when sending the item back?
If not, you should.
No need to wait weeks or even months anymore to get a refund or exchange.
You do not need to even track its progress getting back to them.
Follow the instructions here:
I could care less where my return is or how long it takes to get returned to them because I will have my credit (or my exchange sent out) in days.

The company responsible for QVC's returns is Newgistics. It is owned by Pitney Bowes, but runs as an independent company.
Newgistics is now in a partnership with USPS.
Newgistics might or might not post your return tracking notifications. Very unreliable company.

I worked at the post office for a few years after retiring. Q's labels are parcel post...pony express...the lowest priority mail possible. They usually rely on 3rd parties to move packages from place to place and 3rd parties aren't going to make a trip if it isn't profitable. Because they are such low priority, USPS is not required to scan them for tracking.
I usually send returns by priority mail unless it's going to be too expensive. It might cost a few cents or dollars more than labels but it's worth it to have it tracked. It almost always results in faster processing once it gets back to a retailer. I print my postage online at usps.com. Priority envelopes are free from usps.
