@EZ shopper  Unfortunately that's what I understand also. Seems as though they want people to be on their new FB so they are getting rid of the forums.

What bothers me most is that we have a lot of older people here.  IF they sign up on Face Book it could be dangerous.   When you join Face Book you need to know how to set your settings.  They ask you for everything.  BD, cell phone number, if your married, where you went to school.

Here no one knows anything, but our screen names.  Please be careful everyone!

We are all adults and we should all know by now that there is no such thing as fair. It doesn't exist and never has.  That is how life is.

When these QVC forums are taken down, they will be gone forever.  We are being asked by QVC to join them on their Facebook page.  Facebook will not have QVC forums. You don't join them to use the forums.

What you can do, is follow many of the QVC forum posters to the New Forums.  You can register to participate on the forums there with many of the same topics and friends you have met here.

Please join us on the ProBoards.  The information and " how to" is listed all over these threads.  If you need help, just ask.

You DO NOT have to join Facebook to use the Newly created forum.

@BalletBabe I am "older", at 73. I know how to use FB and have been on it for years. I KNOW not to divulge personal information, I don't click on ads, I'm pretty darn savvy.

I think many of us "older" people are. How old are you? Are you "older"?

@Love my grandkids   I do not give personal information on any site.  I know Young people that are getting hacked.  There are people on here that are not on Social Media and they have no idea how to protect themselves.  I am glad that you are Savvy, but that don't mean everyone is.  Facebook also has a bad habit of undoing your settings when they update it.  If you know not to invuldge personal information, then you should not be telling me your age.

Let me say this about giving information.  They may ask for the information but that doesn't mean you have to give accurate information.  Just saying.
