I received a B. Makowsky bag yesterday from the Q, paid full price and everything for it. However, upon further inspection I realized there were no tags attached. It looked to be in great condition so I didn't think much of it. I just brushed it off because I have had this happen before.

When I got it to work under different lighting, thats when I noticed the flaws. Scratches on it and a dark spot on the bottom. A clearly used bag.

I can't begin to tell you how often I recieved used or damaged bags from QVC. (Or other items in general) When I contact them about it they say nothing, just tell me to return it. I don't think they should be sending out bags other people have used, at least not at full price. That is what the AS IS area is for. If I pay almost 300.00 for a bag, I would hope that it would show up in perfect unused condition.

This is at least the third or fourth bag I have received that has been used. I just wanted to give all you ladies a heads up that this could happen with your bags, and to really make sure you are getting a new bag.
