Check to be sure an envelope wasn't glued to the outside of the box. I don't own a printer (nightmare memories from an old job) so if the rare occasion comes up where I have to send something back without the paperwork I just write all the pertinent info on a sheet of paper and enclose in the box. It may delay the credit but I always get it. One time I forgot to put anything in the box, it was a 100 dollar skin product that I wasn't happy with. I assumed I was out of luck, weeks later I got the credit. Thanks, QVC ! That's one of the reasons I remain a customer after 19 years.

If you don't get the packing slip and your printer doesn't work, you can always write all the pertinent info on a piece of paper (order #, item # order totel and what you want QVC to do, i.e. refund your method of payment, exchange for another size, whatever and tape it to the item.  I've done that and it works out fine - my return isn't even delayed any because there's no bar code.  Just make sure Q has all the info it needs to process your return correctly to your account.

I was recently closet cleaning and came across an unopened QVC plastic package. I opened it and there was no invoice inside with the LOGO top.  I had no clue how long ago I ordered it, so typed in the item number from the sticker on the package to find it in my order history.  Fortunately, the top fit fine since it was from January 2015.

It may have been a mistake and someone just forgot to put the order slip in the box. Perhaps you can try calling QVC and telling them what happened.

I hate when QVC does not include paperwork.  I know I can go to the link on the order page for return information. But I currently do not have a printer.
