 I received three today the 18th telling they received my cancellations on the 8th. Better late than never.  Their online is a joke and gets worse every year.

My emails stopped twice now.  Both times when I finally realized I wasn't getting them, I went into my settings and everything I signed up for was unchecked.  I am wondering if when they do updates, if it changes peoples settings.   

Check your settings.

I have called Customer Service and they said everything looks good. But still no TSV emails. I haven't ordered in a while so don't know if my order receipt emails will begin. I'm on a QVC diet! I also unchecked all boxes a couple days ago and today rechecked them all. We shall see... Frustrating, I don't like to beg for the opportunity to buy their products. Just feels wrong!

@Beth-QVC, I stopped getting any and all e-mail messages from the Q a while back, including the advance notives on TSVs. I just went over to my account and lo and behold, all of the check marks had been cleared. No one else has access to my account (including my husband) so something wonky happened on the Q's end. I selected notifications I want and resubmitted, so let's see if it sticks.

@KingstonsMom I thought it was my computer. I no longer get the TSV e-mail.However I get NUMEROUS NOTIFICATIONS on my cell phone,which may I say is ANNOYING.The best part is I am not signed up for Cell Phone Notifications,but I am set up for TSV e-mails..go figure..Oh, I still get notifications when I order and when my order has shipped..So I can't figure out what's going on and I stopped trying to figure out why. I have gone and fixed my e-mail subscriptions many times..Oh well!
