I waited ALL day for the advertised Byrd's Cookies. My son lives in Savannah and I love them and bring them back to the Midwest everytime I visit and my family here mourns the day they run out because they are expensive to ship. Really love the chocolate chip and oatmeal flavors. The oatmeal with ice cream is unbelieveable. My 85 year-old mom who lives in CA was so excited because I was just sure I was going to get a great deal and send her some. No cookies. I've often thought Byrds and QVC was a no-brainer together. Super bummed and a little mad.

Same! I even dvr'd the show bc I couldn't watch the entire show live! They advertised them! This reminds me of when I used to watch much more often, and they would show an item in a fashion day promo that never aired lol.

@corinne You should have called CC & asked what happened.

First ... Welcome!
Secondly, what did Customer Service tell you? They are on the website, right?
Let us know what they said.
(Never heard of this brand, so it must be a regional company.)

So, I spent 20 minutes waiting for customer service but I got through--they had no idea. They are not listed anywhere on QVC's website, but yes, Byrd's does have a website. They are a Savannah, Georgia based cookie company. Very small, crisp cookies. My son made me try them, and I became hooked. Sold by the pound. They give out tasting samples at their stores. If you watched the shows from Savannah today, they were along the river, and there's a Byrd's shop there (and other outlets throughout Savannah as well). The shipping is expensive to order through their website, so I was hoping for a QVC cut on pricing, and was just excited to see them on QVC. Perhaps another time. Thanks for the venting space.

Since your son lives there, have him go to the store to pick them up and mail them to you. That way it doesn't cost you anything.
