Several years ago, people posted no audio on web site.  Well, the problem has reoccurred.  The mute function is not turned off.  This problem exists for all videos of the web site.  I have audio on other sites.  I've tried Goigle and Safari and the results are the same - no audio.  I'm at a loss.  Any assistance will truly be appreciated.

This has been discussed due to a recent system update - so far QVC has not addressed the issue.

@Xiphium.  My audio and video work just fine.  Are you sure you have them turned on, the slash removed from the audio symbol on the screen?

Problem seems to be only, so far as I've read from many people here, and myself, if you're watching on an iPad, and possibly due to Apple's recent updates to iPad.

This has been discussed previously. It seems to stem from viewing on an iPad after updating to iOS 26. It happened to me as well. It seems to happen with Apple products and IOS 26.

What kind of devices do you have?

I have Apple and here is how I fixed this on my laptop. On iPad and iPhone, you'd have to adjust this to get to Safari settings.

Open a video you want to watch but doesn't have sound. Play.

Click on Safari at the top left of the screen.

Click on Settings for (the website you're on)

You can adjust sound, pop-ups, etc here.

Closes the settings.

Close the website you're on.

Reopen. It can sometimes take a minute or two to adjust.

Unfortunately although the iPad and Apple computer operating systems are similar they aren't exactly alike.  iPads don't have all the capabilities that the computers do.  There is no option on my iPad to do as you suggest.  At least I haven't found anything similar.

I'm sure if anyone having this problem on an iPad (or other tablet) has found a solution they would have posted it by now.
