So at the busiest time online ordering is down and so is live chat. I think you have some issues to solve. Kind of kills impulse buying, which I guess I should be happy about.

They really, really need to get a handle on their IT situation. This happens way too often.

Sometimes the only way to fix internet issues is by shutting it down. Give them a chance. Better to be down for an hr. then out all night. If you must order immediatly something is wrong with that. Calm down and have some hot cholcolate.

The issue has NOTHING to do with solving the computer issues at qvc, I spoke to CS twice. It is completely down, can't order can't do anything. It is going to be down over two hours. If that were the case, the idea of this is a way of solving their years of IT issues, this is not it, because they would have enough brains to shut it down in the middle of the night when $$$$$$ is not lost. JUST THINK ABOUT IT, QVC IS LOSING MILLIONS AND IT IS OVER TWO HOURS IT IS OUT. What is stinking here is that none of the hosts even mention it to the people watching at home, that is how qvc does bad business, instead of trying to salvage lost revenue by the second and having the tv hosts give suggestions on how to order, they don't, they once again allow the customers to go thru turmoil by keeping them questioning as how to order. In my opinion, qvc continues to be non transparent and instead of helping customs by telling the hosts to inform customers how to order why the computer is down, they simply say nothing. Disgusting with a capital D

We can't know for sure if the hosts knew about the IT issues. I don't want to assume they had prior knowledge. Secondly, I don't believe this is being done on purpose. It wouldn't make any sense. QVC as well as any other retail business is in business to make money. Sometimes, things just happen.

YOU ARE NOT PAYIING ATTENTION: THEY HAVE MENTIONED IT SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES AND TO WRITE THE ITEM NUMBERS DOWN AND TRY TO BE PATIENT.

I am sure it was not planned either. Not on a weekend nor during daytime hours. You would think people are going to starve to death if they can't place an order immediatly. LOL

the hosts have stated over and over there is issue.
heard it 6 times on q2 joan presentation last hour.
and just 2 more times on q1 just now with mary beth.
