  She's pleasant and  gives details , however her timing of  letting the camera man come in for close look of fabric or pattern is not optimal for customers. She goes through the colors and patterns too fast . She's not in sinc wit the camera person

There are so many new hosts, I can't keep track of them. 

I have not seen Avijah yet, but I'll keep an eye out for her on QVC2. :-)

Gives her time and like other hosts, she's bound to show improvement as she goes. I do enjoy her low style of selling which is so unlike most QVC hosts! She's laid back and does her job quietly and efficiently, which works well for my few hours of actual viewing time in recent years.

I like her and enjoy her a lot more than many of the hosts who are constantly playing games which have nothing to do with the items being sold.

I agree with some other comments that she's OK, but struggles with some basic "X's and O's" regarding the job.  Monifa is even worse at this, IMO, since she's often unprepared about what she's presenting.

AS is pleasant and doesn't try to be obnoxious and antagonize viewers like a Jane Treacy or Mally or Shawn, but it's hard to believe she didn't show these presenting weaknesses when doing her try-outs.  Still hard to believe QVC fired top-notch hosts like Carolyn, Dan, Stacey, etc, to bring in others that just aren't as good.

I do not think AS is on track yet, but I was glad when she announced during Leah's anniversary month that she had been assigned LW as her mentor at Q. Perhaps that will help propel her forward.  She still seems ill at ease, and while other people babble the same old sales pitches, she sometimes just repeats what the vendor said previously in addition to the tired routine. Let it be known I am not looking for Disney stories, or updates on her family members, but she needs to expand the vocabulary.

She is very well dressed, hair and makeup always beautiful, etc. but she needs to continue to work on her communication and viewer interaction. Quite honestly, I am only speculating on her age here, but she could be very good at reaching a younger demo on TikTok or put her on scripted QVC+ shows.  She has a face for Tv obviously, but maybe her strengths could shine elsewhere while still being a very active Q team member and gaining confidence and improvement along the way.
