Mine does the same thing.  I just thought it was because I have slow internet.

 

I can change my time zone, but it doesn't stay that way.  It's a surprise every time I check to see what zone is listed.

@geezerette I can change the time zone in the old format (not that it stays), but when it's in the new one there doesn't seem to be a way to make the correction.

For "Items On Air", if I'm signed in the time zone is correct for me. 

On the Program Guide, it's always different.

I dont care much for it.  Maybe when I get use to it it will be ok.

New website format is not user friendly.  QVC should go back to the navigation that was there before and try again!  When so-called improvements are made, they should be genuine improvements.  This format is cumbersome and not an improvement!

Suddenly I can’t click on an item I just returned. It says something about QVC not being available right now. I do not like it. It’s just this item bit did a tone notice how often the entire site shuts down lately? I’m calling today about this item - I can’t track the return.

Sissy T - I can’t type a reply to you now. I totally agree. Other companies are having their websites redone and they are all horrible.
