I don't have a printer so have to call them I guess. I try not to return items amd order less.

I always use their return label but this new policy doesn't always happen.

i wonder if it will work this way if you have a UPS dropoff?
i received an order last week that was practically destroyed and i printed out the QVC return label, but i have to take it to UPS.

@sunshine45 I just googled it and it's for both USPS and UPS but is QVC using it for both?

@Pecky I always use the return label and called CS today because I had not received any refund for wreaths and garlands that were returned, tracked and received over two weeks ago in the Florence, SC warehouse. You got lucky. I had to call CS to get my refund, because after 2 weeks, I still had none.

@Hoping for the best I think this new thing just came out this week it probably wasn't around when you did your return. I also did a return two weeks ago and that was still the old way and I also had to follow up with CS. I think any returns going forward this will apply.

I dropped something off at the post office yesterday...no refund.

Today I went through order status to start a return and requested the QR code. I took the package to post office and when I got home I got an email saying they will process my refund within 7 days once they receive the item. When I go to order status it says refund processed but that is not true. Email says it will be processed when they get it back.
This happened last time I returned something and I tracked it and after it got back it was 12 days before I got an email it was processed.
