@They CallMe MRWILKES Well, it's a good gig if you can get it! However, I am not surprised.  It will be interesting to see what the future holds for this company.

Re: New QVC Executive Compensation Disclosure

The news story stated the almost 11 million is a 2025 70% raise & the amount was more than the last 2 yrs salary combined. From experience I know a good CEO is worth their weight in gold, a bad one can destroy everything you worked for....healthcare, pension, security, POOF.

These figures don't surprise me.  In fact, compared to other CEOs, etc., from other companies, these figures seem a bit low.

Don't you love how the woman is the lowest paid person on the list?

Re: New QVC Executive Compensation Disclosure

The figure for Rawlinson is flat out obscene. The others seem within reason, even for a sinking ship. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the directors have been asleep at the wheel for over a decade to be rewarding chief executives who manage a company that continues floundering so badly,

@Laura14  Stacey is President of HSN, which is a much smaller company than QVC.  There's no way her salary should be on par with the other salaries.

[ Edited ]

Ms. Bowe's compensation could be due to the fact that her division,  HSN, is much, much smaller than QVC in scope.  Additionally,  she is a division President,  not a QVC Group corporate officer.  I would compare her compensation to QVC President Fitzharris.

2025 Base Salary:  $702,566

2025 Bonus:  $1,201,650

Mr. Fitzharris QVC President:

2025 Base Salary:  $799,086

2025 Bonus:  $1,409,948

Percentage wise, her bonus wasn't that different than Mr. Fitzpatrick's.

@stevieb Exactly! I watched a podcast with the son of Joe Segel and he said he couldn't believe that they kept Rawlinson and paid him the huge bonuses when he wasn't doing anything about the loss of sales.
