It includes Base Salary, Retention Bonus and Conversion of equity awards to various special bonuses.

WOW!  It's great to be CEO:

I don't know a lot about bankruptcy works, but I think that Chief Growth Officer should return his bonus 🤪

Wow. Huh, funny I thought bonuses were issued when profits were good, expansions occurred or otherwise the company was in a good financial situation such that they could reward those who made the company better. Must be nice.
