@grandma2pkmh  I have the same problem that you have.  It's so frustrating.  I only have IE.  Regarding the sweepstakes, I just went over to HSN and entered it there.   But there are other things I can't find today, but was able to yesterday.  

On my computer, the banner across the top keeps jumping up and down.  Makes me crazy.

I assume once they are done with re-programming everything, it should work out better.

The way I look at these things is that perhaps it keeps my mind more nimble, although it's pretty frustrating.

@Mz iMac  I see that you do spend a fair amount of time on these electronic gadgets and that's just fine, but some of us actually don't have that much time or interest to do that.  For me it's more like go on line and do what I have to do and then go on to other things.  Although I do spend some time on these forums for various reasons.

This site is not unfriendly for all of Q's customers.  I've never had any issues w/the old or new forums.  Nor the whole site for that matter.

I view these forums on an...

iMac, OS Sierra (last version), FF, Chrome, Waterfox.

MBP, Snow Leopard (last version), FF (very old version).

Never a problem.

Unknown why some have problems & others don't.   I'll leave that to the experts-Q's IT dept.

Well thats interesting because Im using Chrome and see the same ole gray search box with the magnifying glass in that....and if I switch to FireFox........its the same as Chrome gray box with magnifying glass inside......Im using Fire Fox version 58.02 (32 bit)  on a laptop....

I have Chrome and I entered an item number in the gray box an the item came up.   This is the version of Chrome Im using....Version 64.0.3282.167 (64-bit)

Are you on a PC, laptop, tablet or phone?

I have the same gray oval instead of the center its moved slightly to the left with the magnifying box inside the gray oval and Im searching on the Forum page.....and it said my chrome was up to date...........

I went to the home page and typed the name of an item into the search engine line and was directed to the google home page where it listed all the different companies like Amazon that sell this item.

This is obviously still a work in progress.

Interesting update--I increased the view on my screen from 100% to 125% and all those icons everyone talked about yesterday appeared!
