When did the new format take effect? I just returned from vacation in the UK, and see the entire QVC site is different. I don't like the way its now structured....it looks like it was designed by the same people who created the HSN site. Same format. Is there any way to go back to the old format?

It has been bouncing back and forth for me for about 3 weeks now. Sometimes the new site, sometimes the old one. I do not like the product format on the new one, very hard to navigate (it's more like the HSN site) and the size charts no longer have the gray and white distinction. No clue why it keeps switching back and forth and had decided I was crazy since I have not seen any threads about it. But, it's definitely different!

@ceekay That's a new one...bouncing back to the old format. The old format has been gone, completely gone since June of last year. There has been a glitch the past week but it has nothing to do with the old format. We've just not been able to edit our posts. Once you adjust to the new format and it's working properly, it has some nice features which posters seem to enjoy using. I prefer it to the old one.

Don't know about anyone else who is using the iPad, but my experience has been awful with this new format. The screen keeps freezing up, and then crashes, and has to be reloaded. I've tried rebooting my iPad, with no success at all. Hate the new format!

Mine has been bouncing back and forth too....for awhile now. My biggest complaint is not finding a way to see reviews in this new format. When I complained to CS, she could only see the old format on her screen. And second, it takes "forever" for the video section to download. I will definitely visit less often now. I need to shop less often, anyway, so it is probably a good thing.

I hate the new format. It constantly freezes and the swatches are too small and close to each other. The review section takes too long to navigate. Why fix something that wasn't broke?

It seems most companies keep changing their formats and usually the new format is not as good as theprevious format. I dislike the look and content of the new format and it is enought to send me elsewhere! where is the listing of high to cheap and visa versa? that was very useful as You could choose this item over another if you had more money to spend and another time pick up a cheap purchase. I do not like it and wish the programmers would spend their time changing stuff for the staff and leave the customers alone. I shall certainly use this site less. It is like when you go to the supermarket and overnight they have moved all the aisles around and so it takes longer to do your grocery shopping. New format - no thnaks.
