I agree.  HSN offers coupons to existing customers.

HSN is really good to exisiting customers with coupons, discounts, and more items that interest me at free shipping. I hope the promotion they have been offering with free shipping on orders of 75+ becomes the norm.

You are correct! I'm more ****** that QVC/HSN hasn't gotten with the program to ship multiple things at a discounted rate! And why did HSN offer the over$75 free shipping and not QVC? No loyalty to long term customer. We should be get the free ship on one order too!

QVC isn't even being TRUTHFUL to their new customers.  They always say you get free shipping on this item and every other purchase you make until January 31.  You have to read somewhere on the screen that it is 15 max.

Why not do this for all your loyal customers? That's a slap in the face to all your long-term customers.

It is several weeks later and this is still bugging me.  I currently have 3 items that I will return that I paid $5.50 in shipping (2 sketchers and 1 Lug).  That is $16.50 that I wasted by purchasing from QVC.  But multiply out the $5.50 by 15 free ships that new customers are getting and that equates to $82.50 in free shipping.  I'm mad at myself for buying the products and I think this stupid decision by QVC Corporate is going to stick with me into the new year.  Why does a new customer merit $80+ dollars when long, long time customers only get free shipping on TSV's?  I just don't get it.

@Sidekickin   I would have spent a lot here in the last several weeks, but I am buying elsewhere because of this.  Q's prices are terrible and the variety is worse.  This promotion won't help them.  You watch their sales won't be any better.

@KarenK - along the same lines, one of my banks is currently offering a 12 month cd at 2.35% for new money only.  Those of us who already have money there can also get a 12 month cd for 0.08%.   You read that right. 0.08%. 

Same principle.  Am I happy about it?  Nope. But the bank is trying to attract new customers, hence the offer.  I get it.

What am I going to do?  Give them a week or two to see if anything attractive is offered to the rest of us.  If not, I'm looking for a new bank that will give me that kind of rate.  I've had an account there for almost 30 years.   No problem.  I'll just take my business elsewhere if I find a good rate.

This has been the best thing to happen to me...I don't impulse buy anymore.  I don't need anymore clothes or kitchen things!  My credit card is down to almost nothing at the end of the month!  Thank you QVC....I'm watching my savings account grow instead😊
