Rachel was probably repeating a marketing term she learned during host training. If she was trying to impress the viewers I think she failed.

Rachel thinks she is a level above everyone else and is constantly trying to convince herself of that by throwing out these words and phrases that are just not in the norm of everyone else's conversation. Makes her feel important.......can't watch her.

I am tired of EVERYTHING being demonstrated is considered an: EXPERIENCE or STORY. Really...eating Mrs. Prindables candied apples, wearing I.T. Cosmetics, the latest PJ's, Valerie Parr Hill's decorations...I just shake my head.
