I just saw Mary Beth, in a professional and business-like manner, shake hands with rep George Brecia of Logo.  It was like a breath of fresh air.

Can this be a wonderful new trend at QVC?  No huggy kissy.

Well, not as long as the flu bug is hovering anyway.

I think Mary Beth is very professional. I'm not sure if I have ever seen her hug and kiss anyone.

I've seen Mary Beth hug and kiss plenty over the years.

I just saw her a few minutes ago hug the lady selling slipper socks. They mentioned looking a lot like sisters.

As far as I'm concerned hand shaking should be a thing of the past also.

@Kachina624  I haven't seen Mary Beth in forever so decided to look to see her. She looks terrific and sounds the same.

So now I'm back to watching the Andy Griffith Show.

What's wrong with a nice smile and "nice to see you"? All that phoney I adore you stuff is just that...phoney and it shows.

I prefer bumping fists if someone feels they need contact. My real preference is hello from a few feet apart. I am not a hugger and do not want to be hugged by others. I like my own space. Probably that can be contributed to my introvert state of mind.
