Yesterday I received a QVC package in the mail.  As I opened it I thought

I didn't remember buying something recently.  Well that could have been because 

this item was purchased on May 7th and I just received it on August 14th.  I

no longer needed this item of course but was worried that since it had May 7th

as the purcahse date QVC would say it's over the 30 day return time.  I called 

customer service and was totally surprised to be answered after the first ring by

a nice gentleman.  I explained the situation and he said to return it and put the 

package label in with it and they would see that somehow this package was

"delayed".  Hopefully QVC will give me the full refund and not charge me the

return shipping and handling.
