@grooms Re-doing information is simply part of life.  If you won't update information, you're going to be stuck and unhappy all the time.  It's not a big deal.

You can call today too.  You have posted many issues in the past that are impacting you negatively.  It might be time to shop elsewhere if you're having that many issues.

@grooms, I agree with others that it may be something as simple as updating the expiration date on your credit card on file with them.

Have you recently received a new credit card? Possibly the easiest way to put your mind at ease is to check your current card and see when that expires. Then you'll be aware before you call if that's the issue.

If you're having problems with your eyes, perhaps ordering via phone would work better for you now.  Many people do that.  And that's what the representatives are there for.  They'll input your information so you don't have to worry about it.  They can help with any other questions or problems you may have too.

We all get frustrated from time to time.  ❤️

No, it's actually up to YOU.  It's also up to the customers (like you) to be up-to-date on standard procedures.   ALL retailers try to keep information current.

For all we know, they may have dozens of customers that haven't bought anything in ages because they died, and are trying to weed them out.  Nothing wrong with that.
