QVC what are you doing anymore.  I will NOT re-do my account information.  I have been with you since CVN days when QVC was run properly.  Any6more a;ll you want to do is make changes to evewrything and for whatever reasonb,. youy have removed mycredit card in formation.  If I have to change and update then I am NOT going to buy anymore.....you don't have anything good anymore.....every on weekends with clothing....so it's your choice QVC where you want to go with this

WOW! I am sorry you are having issues like this, but think it will be helpful if you contact them directly with your concerns.🥰 Have you tried reaching out to customer service?

I had to redo my information, including the forum just about a week ago.  I have no idea why.  The lady from the chat said she could only find ONE ORDER linked to my account.  That's when I paused and was like, WHAT???

I told her I'd ordered thousands of items, but I always used the automated telephone system.  I've never once placed an order online.  So, I don't really know where the one order she claimed to find came from.

 

After I gave her my phone number and went through a host of security questions, she acknowledged my account, but I still had to change passwords and stuff.  Since I've never entered my CC info online to order, I'm not sure how just one order even showed up linked?

F the OP is referring to updating her credit card then it probably expired or is about to expire. All cards have an e piration date.  All places ask you to update when the card is coming near it's expiration date so they can process your order.

You're probably right about her updating the CC information.  I always get nervous if I'm using easy pay and my new card hasn't yet arrived.  I always try to call as soon as I get it.😃

I get these notices from retailers every time a credit card is expiring.  This is standard procedure and no one should be surprised.

When was the last time you actually purchased anything from QVC?  Are any of your credit cards still active?

Maybe they just don't appreciate having customers who are just unhappy complainers about everything Q-related.
