NO COFFEE!!

Ordered the Keurig TSV. Came on time, but no coffee or kcup. Called immediately, got an apology. Was told I would receive missing items in 7 to 10 days. Got a call this morning--was told they do not do partial orders!! Was asked how I unpacked the boxes! Guess they will try to get out of about anything. Shame on them. My last order was messed up, too. Wrong color. Will go somewhere else from now on.
