Many thanks to you who have supplied the actual words of the email. Agree, it’s not much more informative than the banner posted on the forum page, but acknowledgement of problems offers hope of a solution.

I just lucked out by purchasing a pair of D&Co knit denim joggers that seemed to never be in my size in the color I wanted. It suddenly appeared available and I jumped in to order it. No Easy Pay, but hooray, for finding these pants at last. Amazingly, they were shipped out in under 5 days, expected delivery tomorrow!  Completely the way it used to be: available color and size, quick shipping! Hoping this is the routine instead of miraculous very soon for all of us.

I got that memo, my order has been sitting in process for 11 days. It will be very long time before I order from QVC. Shipping has always been a problem, prices are crazy, 150$ for a pair of simple sandals?

I didn't get the email

but I did finally get 2 things I ordered from Josies TSV day

they were shipped together,  so I am thinking that is the start of more efficient shipping--in the past things ordered same day were sent separately.

They need to lower their prices. Every top on here starts at $50 and the quality is not there. I am so done.

Yes!  I have never had an issue with shipping, so this email wasn't addressed to me.  Product value is the problem.  QVC isn't giving me a reason to shop with them.  Gotta step up!  I agree with you on clothing being overpriced for what it is.  Shoes too.  I can do better.

yes! But prices won’t improve. My Quacker Factory seersucker capris arrived today, made in China!

@Sweet_Serenity.  All of the orders I've placed in the past 10 days have shipped in 2 days.  I think things are looking up.

Christmas is coming, too.

The shipping is too slow and frustrating. Except for the occasional Linea items, I am out after 33 years. Acquiring HSN was clearly a big mistake.by Qrate.

QVC needs to worry less about attracting young new customers and more for how to satisfy and retain those of us who have been their bread and butter for decades.

Prices are ridiculous and quality of the clothing is c^@p.Convenience? Ha!

@queendiva   Christams is coming?  Well, yes it does every year, but we just had Memorial Day this week - it's not even June yet!

@gizmogal : Which joggers did you order? I'm asking because I only own one pair of D&C joggers, & like them, but they don't have many color options. I've been looking over the various styles that they offer, trying to compare, read reviews, etc., & now have a bunch of them on my wish list, trying to decide which ones to buy.Smiley Frustrated TIA

Regarding the Christmas comment..

I believe she is reviving a saying that is used in our family to mean the event does eventually happen (like your packages arriving), but it’s not helpful when it’s so far in the future it becomes irrelevant for right now.  @queendiva   I hope I interpreted this as you meant it.

Oh please more of the same following their belated posting and a month later and still nothing is fixed?  Give us a break and understand we are not stupid.  QVC can say whatever they want but they better believe their customers are not stupid.  The very least corporate could do is email the IT department and tell them to undo the "Cancel this Item" button so customers cancel when their orders are in limbo for 2 weeks What company in this universe runs a business and expect to get away with it without sales decreasing?
