@chayse I ordered from them last August and had no problems, although I ordered KN95, not N95.  I think their masks were recommended in an article I was reading.  

I would try calling again.  It seems like businesses are so short staffed people can't cover the phones.  I know I had to call a major business at work and they wanted me to leave a message because no one was available to answer the phones!  Or if you email, did you check your spam folder?

Hope you get your masks.  If I was your neighbor, I would give you a couple of mine until yours came in.  Take care.
