I think I finally found the key to getting a fast refund on a return. In the past, I used qvceasyreturns.com and that was faster than just returning with the label, In the past 10 days I had 3 different things to return for various reasons. I had to return a pair of Vionic sneakers that just didn't fit me well. They came with no label. I wrote to easyreturns but still needed to go to order status and start a return to get the QR code. I got the code, took my package to the post office where they printed a label. The very next day I received a notice from customer care thanking me for a fast return and advising me my charge was being credited. Then I got a response from qvceasyreturns that Navar processed my return; not the usual response from them. Two days later my credit card informed me a credit was posted to my account! I have used the QR code before but never before was credited right away.
I will do any future returns this way.

I always do what the origina OP laid out except I never get a refund after 2 days after dropping it off. But very recently if I return via box I have noticed that ive been getting I getting refund sooner but that doesn't occur until it is recieved at the warehouse. But when I return using a QVC bag (rather than a box) it is the same time frame as usual, a at last week.

@Catch71 How do you get the QR code? Do they email it to you? If so, do you print it on a printer? Then do you take the copy to the post office?

This has been happening lately for me too - I don't even have to email EasyReturns - as soon as you mail the package and they see the tracking they credit you. This is only processing the return online and printing the label - using their return label that came with the package it doesn't work.
I did experience one problem with this though - I just returned a ring that was either mis-sized or the wrong size was put in the little plastic bag. I returned it and immediately got a refund before I could email EasyReturns and advise them to not charge me for shipping and to refund my original shipping due to the ring being the wrong size. I did email them later so we'll see what happens. I put a note on the return slip too so many they'll catch it when they receive it.

They send it to your phone via email. You just show it to the post office and they scan it and print the label and attach it to your bag or box.
You get the QR code by going through start a return button on your Order Status page and at the end request the QR code.

After using the QR code and having QVC Customer Care email me, I realize I don't even have to go through qvceasyreturns next time! Actually qvceasyreturns did email me a response saying Navar already credited me.
