It seems that "constructive" doesn't have the same meaning as "objective".

It depends on how you state your opinion or the criticism. Is it really constructive and is the wording mean. There really is a difference; unfortunately most people only care about their own feelings and opinions.

@Karnerblue is right.
It's against the Community Standards to re-post a deleted thread or post, which this new thread is essentially doing.

There is nothing wrong with constructive criticism as long as it does become personal, but I have to say that I started a thread about Amy Strahn announcing she is pregnant. Just now I pulled that thread up to read the comments, and I noticed that 2 comments were removed because they were unkind. For the life of me, I can't imagine why anyone would post anything unkind toward someone who is expecting a baby?! There is no excuse for that, other than just being straight up nasty.

There is no rhyme or reason to the RE "moving" of posts an or threads here. There is a thread ongoing now on the fashion forum tearing apart LOGO and the vendor to bits and pieces... When the shift changes to new Moderators... lets see how long that thread lasts......To compare, I posted a HTML about Bruce Jenner posing in Sports Ilistrator nude yesterday and it was pulled as being too controversal.(?) I think decisions made by the moderators are just based on how a Moderator feels that momment and that day... or how they personally feel about a subject and not based on any kind of structured removal for this reason or that.
I respect the decision made by the moderators. If they deem a subject as not suitable for this community so be it. No harm done.

And therein lies the entire problem.

If you start an innocent thread about a few of the host the haters come in and it turns ugly. But if you restart a poofed thread it is against the rules so this may be moved as well. I never report any thread, it's someones opinion and even if I don't agree with it, it's their right to say it. QVC owns the boards so they also have a right to remove any post that violates their rules.

@wvumountiefan I guess they don't like Amy. I do remember a lot of fanfare with her first baby. I hadn't heard anything about it but I don't watch QVC much. I hope all goes well for her and the baby.

The ability, however fleeting, to be straight up nasty is why some posters are here.

That's for sure @Moonchilde. There are some that have never had a nice word to say. Only nasty remarks.
