my apples will be arriving Wednesday ,  I won't be giving them out until Christmas week .   I'm wondering if they will still be fresh as they most likely won't be eaten till Christmas or about Christmas week .    

I can't remember how long Lori said the apples stay fresh  .....anyone ?

I thought she said 3 weeks in the fridge. Maybe you can check the presentation or pull up the item and says anything.

@Kitty Galore - they're supposed to last a couple of weeks or so in the fridge.  I hope yours do well.  Stating the obvious here - DO NOT freeze them. 

My own experience is that three years ago I ordered a 10-pc. set of large apples.  They shipped on 12/20 and were to be given as gifts on NYE.  After the fact I heard they weren't good.  There were bad spots throughout.  I was embarrassed and won't buy them again.

I've ordered the apples many times before Christmas and enjoyed them into February, with only a slight discoloration from the stick thru the center.

I've purchased them in early December and they were fine Christmas week.  A few years ago, I had one left, and we didn't eat it till mid January.  It was good.  Maybe a slight less crisp, but still delicious.  I think they should be fine.

Mine are coming the week of 12//8.  That's when I always get them.  I keep them in the garage (attached) because I don't have room in my fridge.  It's cold out there and they keep fine. 

I always get the 10 pc large granny smiths and have never had a problem.  Been getting them for several years, and I have kept them longer than 3 wks.  I usually have 1 or 2 to bring home.

Ordered them years ago. They were all unripe and green inside.
