Monthly statement with zero balance?

Why? I haven't bought anything from Q in months and have a zero balance. Still, they send me a statement every month showing a balance of $0.00. What a waste of money for the Q! I got another one yesterday and wonder how many of those things do they mail out every month? and how much does it cost them to mail them out? Printing, labor, postage?

Save your money, QVC, and stop sending me a bill unless I actually owe you money.
