Mods. please help...

About an hour ago my extremely lengthy response to a post " When you invite guests for dinner" disappeared when I hit "post".  It said something about my authorization was bad or something such as that. But, my nic was on top along with my "heart" notifications. I was logged in.  So frustrating.  What happened? Can you retrieve it somehow for me. It was so time consuming to write it.
