Has anyone had this problem? I return some items,one was from philosophy 5 piece set. Well I got a letter stating that they got an empty box, with just a package ship inside no product. Well that's weird b/c the slip was attached to the metal tray it came with . And now qvc is refusing to give my refund . And 3 wks earlier the same thing happen. I'm very upset and am canceling my account. Any ideas on how to avoid this? Thanks

What would you do if you were in their place, especially if the package showed no signs of tampering?

I thought that the return policy was bottom of the jar within 30 days...no problem

Wow! That's really weird. Have you tried calling customer service and explaining what happened? And like dex said, I also thought QVC's return policy was even if you use up an entire product in 30 days, but it didn't work for you, you can send it back. Try calling QVC's customer service and also reminding them of that policy.

that happened to me years ago. I promptly called and got some sort of "dispensation". I was warned but they refunded my money. It was years before I ordered again. By the way, it was a Breezies bra that was huge. :-D

I hate to say this but it sounds very suspect that this has happened to you twice in less than 1 month.

In all my years of shopping, I've never had that happen once.

If you shipped both packages from the same facility, I'd be in there finding out what is going on.
