This horrific fire and the destruction it brings is beyond words. Watching the news is heartbreaking. I cannot imagine the deep emotional and mental stress the people are going through. Thankfully their lives are saved. I hope and pray this disaster ends soon. ,it will be a difficult journey ahead for the people who lost so much.

Okay, she was sadly impacted but she has another home to go to . Celebs need not make this abt themselves - are celebs doing anything to help those less fortunate ????

@skatting44 Did you read this part?
"My heart is so broken, not just for myself ... it's a town and it's wiped off the map," she said.

Everything being gone is beyond my comprehension. And the animals. . . Such devastation. My prayers are with all those impacted by this horror.

Yes, I read that but did it make her a saint ? - okay providing condolences , but what has she done for those less fortunate . It is tiring of hearing platitudes from celebs when they just line their pockets . Most of the celebs & very rich have home mansions so large & expansive they could help families from going to shelters ..Oprah Winfrey for one has a vast mansion .

This is so sad! I feel for those who have lost their lives (hopefully not many), pets and homes.
It seems that there are many celebrities and many more who are not famous that have lost their homes as of last night.
It's shocking how out of control those fires became with the strong winds!
It seems as if CA has very bad fires every year. It's just in different areas and I wish they could get it under control better.

"Not make it about themselves"? Are you joking? This just happened two days ago, and many people lost EVERYTHING.
Several people died or were seriously injured.
So Oprah has a "vast mansion" 150 miles north of LA. What good does that do someone pouring through the rubble of what was once their home?
Just another excuse to bash successful people when you don't even have the facts. Having money doesn't insulate you from tragedies.
If your house burned to the ground, I'm pretty sure you'd think it was "about" you.
