I saw Mary Beth this morning for the first time in ages.  I don't care for her hairstyle, but I do like the length.  I think it's more flattering on her than the shorter hair.

As far as Jill goes, I prefer her hair shorter.  I think her current style is matronly looking and a tad frumpy.

I don't appreciate someone telling me what to do with my hair and I don't tell others what to do with their's, unless they ask.  Neither Jill nor MBR asked me.  LOL

Both Jill and MBR have a ton of hair.  I think they have to be careful because certain hairstyles/cuts can make them look like they have helmet head because of that.

I like when people change up their hairstyle.  It's boring to me to see people with the same hairstyle for 10+ years.

I love Pat's long hair with the bangs.  I think she looks fabulous.

@Lipstickdiva  Agree about Pat.  The bangs keep her from swinging her head around to keep her hair out of her face.

I think it depends on the person, their facial structure, looks as in a " cute" person verses a a very elegant looking individual, the way they style it, many different factors. To say every person over 50 needs to have hair short is just crazy to me in my opinion. I think MBR looks younger, Jill looks better in short hair as when she first started on QVC, as I said just my opinion.

Of course Pat looked much younger when she had the really short cut - she was much younger then!!!

@Pook. I knew somebody was going to say that.  She looked much younger than her actual age at the time.

I think both women always look professional, perhaps they want a change. My mother is 75 years young and still has long hair and she looks great. Whatever floats your boat!

Mary Beth loves wigs and wearss them. I think many times when Mary Beth's hair looks different, she's got a wig. A long one. I've seen Mary Beth in short wigs.. She loves them, but short hair really shows a lot in the neck and face that long hair disguises.

Short or long, Jill seems to never have a cut or style to her hair. I would love to see Jill in a really good cut, maybe like Jennifer Coffey's cut. Jill needs something a little edgy. She's got the hair, but never has a stylish cut. Her hair just hangs there, helmet style.

Carolyn Gracie looks gorgeous with short hair and bangs. Really pretty. Don't like all the hair she has now, which hides her pretty face and features.

When Susan Graver visits her daughter in CA, she always comes back with a great cut, good highlights and some curl in her hair. Looks fantastic. Much better than straight, long with extensions.

Think it would help if the Q had "several" great hair stylists. Marie needs some help.

I feel like Jill has been growing out her hair for a really long time.  Like at least a couple years.  It seems like even if she is trying to grow it long, she’s getting it trimmed regularly and not really getting any layers put in or asking for a style.  It’s thick and just lays there.  It’s hard to tell what she’s trying to do with it.

I always loved Jill's hair but don't like it now.  I know you get sick of same style.
