I love Mary Beth blouse today(navy and green) Where did she buy it? I talked to customer service and they said it wasn't QVC but her own clothing.

Unless an item was being sold on the show, why should a CS rep ever know if a host is wearing a Q product or not?

Sometimes CS reps do know if a host is wearing QVCs item even if they're not being presented in a segment.

Years ago the hosts would often announce that you could call the Customer Service rep. and they could tell you the item # for what they were wearing.
