Mary Beth will definitely be missed.  She was one of only three hosts that I care to watch.  No crudeness or classlessness.  Pleasant in her presentation. Prepared, professional.  Had fun but not in an obnoxious way.

If more of the hosts were like Mary Beth I surmise qvc would not be so far down the hole as they are. Can't sell merchandise when many are not watching because of the annoying hosts.

I wish her happiness in her retirement.  Well deserved.

I agree with you.  I have a feeling a lot of people watch QVC for the "entertainment" aspect of the annoying hosts but I doubt they buy anything.

Yeah, she's one of the better ones. When I first started watching her I thought she wore 3 necklaces all the time . Turned out to be something funny about her neck.

Even though I ❤️ Mary Beth, I do not follow her fashion advice or style.

Maybe because we are different Generations??

I’m a HUGE fan though of hosts with similar fashion taste as ME such as Amy Stran, Shawn,Terri Conn and Courtney Khondabi. And now the newest host Avijah!

Since the first of the year I bought more than 20 pieces of clothing, couple pairs of shoes, makeup, skin care and jewelry but…

I ❤️ To Shop!!!

@RescueLover That's true about the generation difference. I tend to follow Mary Beth, Jayne B and Leah for fashion ideas. Makes perfect sense.

Re: Mary Beth Retirement Show

Is Mary Beth the longest-running host currently on QVC?  I believe that she, Rick, Jane Treacy, and Pat James DeMentri have been around the longest -- and perhaps David Venable is in that category -- but I don't recall who started when.

In any event, she has certainly earned a very happy and fulfilling retirement.

When I watched Q regularly, I made it a point to watch her in the AM.  She had a calmness, respectfulness, clarity as well as sincerity that I enjoyed listening to.  I hope She enjoys her time now and I sincerely wish her well.  In my mind, she is the individual other hosts should try to emulate.  Sadly, not enough of her to keep me watching.

Back in late 1970's recall reading our local newspaper on TV shopping coming soon. HSN was the first one Bobbie mentioned last week that Friday she would be celebrating 42 years with HSN now that's longevity with one company. Bobbie from her mentioning her age is early 70's sorry I'm not able to remember her exact age, she looks incredible not only physically, love her style.
